This course covers U.S. History from the 1877 to the modern day. Particular time is spent on World Wars I and II, and Vietnam. Students who take this course will be prepared to take the AP exam which is given in early May of each school year. Reading comprehension is essential for this course as there are massive amounts of reading to be done. Writing clear, concise, and pertinent essays will also be a skill that the successful student will cultivate.
